Creation and Vision

In the late seventies, Tim Landis and Harry Thomas sat around a kitchen table and dreamed of a music festival. It was a vision from God and they moved forward in it and today that vision is the Creation Festival. Each year tens of thousands of people meet on a field in central PA to worship God and hear some of the best bands and speakers in the world. They have expanded to a second festival with a third one coming and a new festival in Morocco. Through this vision, thousands have been reached for Christ and thousands more lives have changed, including mine. The first thing I ever did in ministry was take a group of kids to the festival nine years ago (we've been there every year since). God used that experience in mighty ways. Today I am a writer for a national youth ministry resource and pastor (my church is called New Creation Fellowship), the roots of both of those ministries are traceable to the ministry of Creation Festival.
